植物脂质组学分析

我们对多种植物种类的分析有丰富的经验,从常用的拟南芥科学模型到主要的粮食作物如水稻,小麦和大豆

      植物中本身独特的生理性质要求采用特定的脂质提取方案,以获得准确反映内源条件的生物学上有意义的脂质组(Lam SM et al., 2017)。此外,植物还含有与动物内源性不同类型的膜脂质(Cheong WF et al., 2014)。我们对各种植物种类有着丰富的分析经验,从常用的模式植物拟南芥到主要的粮食作物水稻,小麦和大豆等(Nakamura Y et al., 2009; Kanehara K et al., 2015; Li QT et al., 2017; Patkar RN et al., 2012; Tian H et al., 2016)。
